Topping Out BBQ at Field 470 - Five Oaks

Morris Architects were pleased to attend the Topping Out ceremony and BBQ held at Field S470 & S415A, Five Oaks on Friday last week, where Andium’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr Peter Styles installed the last gable ridge panel into place and gave a warming speech thanking everyone for their hard work.

Field S470 & S415A will provide 38 new affordable homes for the local community. The Island Plan of 2022 rezoned these fields for socially rented and affordable housing for the local community. 11 of the homes on the site, that are now fully complete, are the first homes to be available from this plan.
