Construction Complete at the Former Constantia Site, Sion
We’re delighted to announce the completion of construction at the former Constantia site, located at the gateway to Sion Village, with a number of residents already having moved into their new homes.
Working in partnership with our client, Grange Developments, the former Constantia bungalow has been demolished and replaced with six beautiful new homes – two 3-bedroom properties and four 4-bedroom properties (plus adaptable roof spaces).
Alongside the new homes, the development has delivered significant improvements to pedestrian access, including a new 1.5m-wide pavement along Rue du Becquet Vincent and the widening of the existing narrow pavement along La Grande Route de St Jean.
These improvements create safer, more accessible routes for pedestrians and contribute to a more welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
