Sustainability Award - JeCC Commendation

Both Le Squez Phase 3 and De Quetteville Court refurbishment were short-listed for the JeCC Sustainability Award. It was noted that Le Squez Phase 3 achieved ‘Code of level of sustainability 3’ which is the implementation of a sustainable approach to development from design through construction and into residential use.
