Construction is progressing well at the old Constantia site, located at the gateway to Sion Village.
Working with our client, Grange Developments, the former Constantia bungalow has been demolished and is being replaced with two lovely 3-bedroom homes and four 4-bedroom homes.
The development will also improve pedestrian access, introducing a new 1.5m-wide pavement along Rue du Becquet Vincent and widening the existing narrow pavement along La Grande Route de St Jean, creating a safer and more welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
