Another great night at the Jersey Construction Council Awards!

Morris Architects had an excellent night at the Jersey Construction Council Awards last Saturday evening coming away with another 2 awards! Making a total of 5 JeCC awards in the last 2 years.

2023 – The Waves – which is a high quality sea front residential development located on the Grouville coast road – won the Association for Project Management Project of the Year between £2m-£10m in association with the main contractor Rok Construction and our clients Bob & Sue Beslievre of Sycamore Properties Limited.

2023 – Le Marais Refurbishment – which included the modernisation and renovation of 4 tower blocks, consisting of 224 apartments – won the Ronez Project of the Year over £10m in association with the main contractor Rok Construction, IPM and our clients Andium Homes.

2022 – The Beach won the Ferryspeed Projet of the Year between £2-£10m in association with the main contractor and our client Deputy Tom Binet.

2022- La Clos De Mourant won Ronez Project of the Year over £10m in association with the main contractor Hacquoil and Cook and our clients Andium Homes.

2022 – our Director/Architect Ian Marett won Industry Achiever of the Year 2022.
