29-31 Seaton Place - Nearing completion

A new five storey office building consisting of 20,000 sq ft lettable office area, ground floor car park and concealed open rooftop plantroom area is nearing completion along Seaton Place. The project for Comprop C.I. and constructed by Camerons Limited contains full height feature glazed curtain walling, curved limestone rainscreen panelling to the corner circulation tower and zinc standing seam roof.
