Renewal at St Paul’s Gate - Collaborating with Jersey Homes Trust on a sustainable refurbishment in St Helier

We’re delighted to be collaborating with the Jersey Homes Trust on the renovation of St Paul’s Gate, a prominent housing site in the heart of St Helier. Now thirty years old, the building is entering a new chapter that places a strong emphasis on energy efficiency, safety, and social impact. The twelve-and-a-half-month construction programme is now five months in, with strip-out works complete and roof and first-fix mechanical and electrical installations currently underway
