Morris Architects are pleased to announce that the revised planning application for the final phase of Le Squez has been granted planning consent following the Planning Minister’s decision to uphold a Third Party Appeal. Andium Homes and the Design Team are now working as fast as possible to deliver these much needed affordable homes.
The JeCC 2016 Awards were held on Saturday 15th October at a gala dinner which was kindly sponsored by Jersey Electricity, with a key note speaker for the event being Matt Dawson, MBE. Weighbridge House was awarded ‘Project of the Year over £3 million’. The award was given for the team effort provided for the delivery of this project. Our thanks go to Comprop for appointing Morris Architects to be part of this landmark building within St Helier.
Both Le Squez Phase 3 and De Quetteville Court refurbishment were short-listed for the JeCC Sustainability Award. It was noted that Le Squez Phase 3 achieved ‘Code of level of sustainability 3’ which is the implementation of a sustainable approach to development from design through construction and into residential use.
