Shortlisted for Guernsey Design Awards 2024

Morris Architects are delighted to announce that St James’ Place has been shortlisted for the Commercial award in this year’s Guernsey Design Awards.

This exciting project was commissioned by Comprop CI to provide a new four storey 18,000 sq ft Office Development. The facade consists of curved GRC panels hung off a curtain walling frame system and the modern architectural language was meticulously developed to sit sympathetically in the local sensitive historic street scene.
