Hideaway Gains Planning Approval

We are delighted to announce the successful Planning Approval for construction of eight new residential homes to be known as Hideaway, located at Rue de Pres, St. Saviour. This was a challenging application, crossing over Island Plans, and the introduction of several new Supplementary Planning Guidance’s which changed the site requirements many times during the design and submission process. Nevertheless, we are very pleased to have been able to secure the Planning Approval for our clients Grange Developments.
