The comprehensive redevelopment of Elysee Estate, which has been successfully transformed into Oak Tree Gardens, commenced in 1992 and spanned a decade until its completion. The project was executed in three distinct phases, each managed by different contractors. Ninety residential units, comprising of both two, three and four bedroom houses and flats, were thoughtfully constructed as part of this visionary development.
