The second phase in the redevelopment of the low rise properties at Le Marais. In this instance 19 flats were to be provided, 3 of which were disabled; 24 three bedroom town houses and 4 four bedroom houses. The flats are for States’ rental whilst the three bedroom houses are for low income first time buyers. The four bedroom units are to be kept within the rental market.
