Renovations and upgrades to existing building envelope and services.
The scope of the project involved constructional remediation and renovations to the existing building envelope, including enhancing the thermal properties to meet modern-day standards, providing minor internal refurbishments, and upgrading services. In addition, the existing lifts and services on all floors were replaced.
Given the urgency of re-housing the tenants during the renovations, adherence to the construction schedule was of utmost importance. Timely completion of the works was paramount to ensure that the tenants could return to their homes as soon as possible, without any undue inconvenience or delay.
