Constructional remediation and renovations to an existing building.

The project involved a comprehensive constructional remediation and renovation of the existing building exterior, which included enhancing the thermal properties of the external envelope to meet modern-day standards, providing minor internal refurbishments, and upgrading services. Additionally, the existing lifts and services on all floors were replaced. As part of the project, the buildings were fully decanted to ensure a safe and efficient construction process.

The scope of the project aimed to provide a significantly improved environment that met contemporary standards of comfort and sustainability, ensuring the longevity and viability of the building for years to come.
