Jersey Construction Council Awards 2010 – Winner – Sustainability Award
The project undertook the challenge of the refurbishment of The Cedars with the tenants still in situ. Morris Architects relished the challenge and gained the Jersey Construction Awards Sustainability Award in 2010 for their sensitive successful completion of the project.
Work involved new external insulated cladding/brick slip system, replacing windows and doors, new curtain walling to stairs, along with replacement balustrading to balconies and stairs
