Pomme D'or Farm

The refurbishment of Pomme D'or Farm was a comprehensive transformation project, focused on improving the building's thermal performance, appearance, functionality and surrounding external spaces.
The works included significant thermal upgrades and over cladding to improve the building envelope, alongside the installation of new windows and front doors. Internally, the property underwent a complete refurbishment, creating improved, modern and functional spaces throughout.
The external environment was also carefully considered, with upgraded landscaping and replacement of the old playground facilities with new ones, creating welcoming and engaging spaces for the tenants.
The completed project provides a refreshed, energy-efficient and contemporary environment, combing improvements to the existing building with enhanced external spaces and play facilities.
