The former St. Martin primary school building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment, resulting in a carefully planned transformation both inside and out.
The renovated structure now includes a high-quality food retail store, a modern veterinary surgery, a well-equipped assisted living retail store, and a community healthcare centre.
The building's layout has been thoughtfully designed in a campus-style arrangement, integrating with the remodelled 19th century schoolhouse to create a harmonious blend of historical character and contemporary design. Additionally, the development features a spacious parking area with capacity for over 120 vehicles, ensuring convenient access for visitors and staff. This project showcases architectural excellence by providing a functional and visually appealing space that caters to the diverse needs of the community.
