Renovations and upgrades to existing building envelope and services.
Morris Architects were instructed to carry out constructional remediation and renovations to the existing building envelope of De Quetteville Court. The project included enhancing thermal properties of the external envelope to meet modern day standards.
Minor internal refurbishments and service upgrades were also undertaken along with replacing the existing lifts and services on all floors.
Given the urgency of re-housing the tenants during the renovations, adherence to the construction schedule was of utmost importance. Timely completion of the works was paramount to ensure that the tenants could return to their homes as soon as possible, without any undue inconvenience or delay.
