Carry out constructional remediation and renovations to existing building envelope. Enhance thermal properties of the external envelope to modern day standards. Provide minor internal refurbishments and service upgrades. Replace existing lifts and services on all floors.
Working to schedule here was incredibly important as the tenants needed to be re-housed during the renovations. It was paramount to complete the works and return the tenants to their homes in a timely manner.
