The Cedars
The project undertook the challenge of the refurbishment of The Cedars with the tenants still in situ. Morris Architects relished the challenge and gained the Jersey Construction Awards Sustainability Award in 2010 for their sensitive successful completion of the project.
Work involved not only refurbishing the building but also improving the surrounding grounds to include more areas for tenants to spend time outside.
