Refurbishment works are progressing on 17 social housing flats at St Paul’s Gate for Jersey Homes Trust, focusing on improving energy performance and refreshing the building’s external appearance.

The project includes the installation of VM Zinc Quartz standing seam roofing and a new External Wall Insulation (EWI) system to enhance thermal efficiency. The façade is being finished with coloured SpeedySlip brick slips supplied by Benx, providing the appearance of traditional brickwork while integrating with the insulation system. Together, these upgrades will improve durability, sustainability, and the overall quality of the homes.
