Jersey Design Awards 2017

Morris Architects have won the Highly Commended award for Le Squez Phase 4 within the Best Unbuilt Scheme Category.

The Scheme provides 154 dwellings with communal facilities, private courtyards and under croft car parking. The ethos of the design is to provide a community that the residents can be proud of and have the ability to walk freely around without the prominence of cars
