Project Brief: After the existing buildings had been demolished the Planning Department took an aggressive view toward any further development on the site.  Planning permission for the eventually built houses therefore had its issues.  The brief was to maximise the site, satisfying both Planning and the privacy and amenity of adjoining properties.  The eventual design was for four units; 1 no four bed, 2 no three beds and 1 no two bed with amenities, gardens, sea views and car parking.
