Project Brief: The site currently accommodates both light industrial and office units. The proposal for the rear block seeks to reuse and adapt the existing structure to accommodate 3 no two bedroom and 2 no three bedroom mews houses with rooftop amenity spaces.  The roadside office block will be converted to incorporate a three bedroom maisonette with rooftop amenity along with a shared ancillary space at street level.
